Holiday Shipping Options
12/20/17: When you checkout with your selected items, you pick the next available ship date, and the shipping method (Free Standard Deliver, or Express or Super Express). You will then see a message with a range of estimated delivery dates. For delivery before Christmas you must choose Super Express.
The customer pays no shipping charges for Standard Delivery within the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska and Hawaii*. Shipment of orders will occur within two business days of the order being placed. Standard delivery will normally be within 7 business days after shipping. Please provide complete street addresses, including any apartment or suite numbers. Note: If ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages or on different days.
*Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: Please call Customer Service (800) 637-3268 for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Charges for shipping to these states are on a per item basis based on the shipping destination within the state.
If you choose Express Service for delivery within 2-3 business days after shipping, a charge of $15 per item will be added. Shipping charges are not refundable due to late shipment, only late delivery.
Super Express Service
If you choose Super Express Service for delivery within 1-2 business days after shipping, a charge of $25 per item will be added. Shipping charges are not refundable due to late shipment, only late delivery.
Saturday Delivery Super Express Service
Saturday delivery is not available to all locations. Please call our Customer Service Department (800) 637-3268 (Mon-Fri, 7.30am-5.30pm EST) to inquire if this option is available in your delivery area. A Saturday Super express charge of $50 (per item quantity) will be applied.
U.S. Mail - We ship only select items to P. O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Tracking of USPS deliveries is not available. We cannot be responsible for loss or spoilage of items shipped to improper addresses or where no one is available to accept delivery. During warmer seasons, some products (e.g. chocolate) may require upgraded delivery services to ensure maximum quality. Items ordered together may be delivered separately.
