United Parcel Service each business day. Please provide complete street addresses, including apartment or suite
numbers. Orders received after 10:30am EST will be processed the next business day and then will be
shipped within 1-2 days unless perishable. SUBSTITUTIONS: In order to meet your desired delivery date, we may substitute similar items of equal or greater value.
UPS Ground
Service
Rates are noted below the price within our online store. All orders will ship Ground unless requested otherwise or perishable shipping requirements apply. Please allow 3-8 business days for Ground delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air Service
Add $8.00 per item quantity (for continental US) to the ground base shipping rates. Add $10 per item quantity to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Your order will arrive 2 business days after shipment. Most orders will ship the same day after receipt unless specified otherwise or perishable requirements apply.
Next Day Air Service
Add $18 per item quantity (for continental US) to the ground base shipping rate. Your order will arrive 1 day after shipment, if order is placed before 10:30 AM EST. We will make every effort to ship Next Day Air orders the same day; however we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this during periods of heavy volume (shipping charges are not refundable due to late shipment, only late delivery).
United States Postal Service (U.S. Mail)
We only ship U.S. Postal to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are sorry, but perishable or expedited deliveries cannot be made by USPS. Unfortunately our website does not allow any orders to be shipped via USPS. Therefore if you need to send any of our products using USPS, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-637-3268 and we would be glad to assist you.
Perishable Items
Perishable items are shipped UPS on Monday-Wednesday, unless Next Day Air Service is requested. For the states west of Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan, 2nd Day Air delivery is required.
